On receipt of your order (please see "Payment" page) we will acknowledge receipt and confirm the delivery time and option selected.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order this. You will be advised of this, with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer. Delivery is usually made within 5 working days of receipt of order/payment. Overseas delivery time will be advised on order.

We are unable to offer finance facilities.

We will forward confirmation of order to you. However, this does not indicate that a contract is in existence between us, the contract comes into being upon your receipt of our invoice! If we have inadvertently mis-priced, or if a manufacturer alters a price or availability of a product, you will be advised prior to invoice and may amend, cancel or carry on with the order placed as you wish.

We aim to provide the cheapest mobility scooters in the UK. Period. This site is a "no frills" mobility scooter internet supplier. Our experienced staff will endeavor to make your purchase as easy as possible . If you are clear as to which make and model of mobility scooter you want, call our number 01209 613427 and we will ship the cheapest mobility scooter in the UK directly to your door in a large cardboard box via our national carriers. If you require a larger scooter this will be delivered by an engineer, and will receive a one year in home warranty service. This service is also available on the smaller scooters if desired at an additional cost – if you are not sure about maintaining your scooter, please discuss with our staff whether this option would be better for you.
We do not offer finance or part exchange , nor home demos , just great value and big savings.

All our products are brand new and come directly from the official factory appointed UK importers/manufacturers for whom our parent company is an accredited and appointed dealer. We offer a huge range of products to suit almost every need, and can delivery the smaller scooters by carrier, usually within 2 – 3 days. The larger engineer-accompanied deliveries take 5 – 7 working days, and are made by appointment between the delivery engineer and yourself. In the event that a particular model may be out of stock, we can still supply the item within 14 days from receipt of your confirmed order, but this will be discussed at he time that you place your order.

When items are delivered by our courier (usually TNT), the delivery driver will not demonstrate the scooter for you, or open the box. Nor will he wait while you open the box to inspect the goods or test the scooter. Please check the appearance of the box, and if there are any bumps or tears, please note “damaged” on the delivery note he will ask you to sign. All boxes must be examined by the customer at the time of delivery and any damage to the box must be noted by the customer on the couriers receipt. Writing “unexamined” on the receipt will not suffice. Any damage to the goods must be notified to our office within 24 hours of receipt, please keep the original packaging and we will arrange for an uplift so that we can inspect the items and arrange for their replacement if damaged. Any damaged items must be returned in the original packing to our premises for inspection.

We offer a minimum of a 12 month parts and labour warranty against the use of faulty materials and/or labour by the manufacturer and must be returned to our premises for any warranty work. Any repairs carried out by third parties, other than those done with our express written permission, will invalidate the warranty. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason, they must be returned to our premises, unused and in their original packaging, within 10 days of original receipt for a full refund less delivery costs.

The price we quote is the price you pay.

All goods purchased from Scootersdirectuk.com are at the request of the purchaser. Because we cannot see you we cannot be expected to ensure that any product is suitable for your personal use, this must be your decision. We are happy to offer advise based on our many years of experience but the final selection is your responsibility .Any information offered by any member of our staff, either on the phone or online, is for general guidance purposes only. If you have any doubts at all as to the suitability of any specific product for your own use, we recommend that, prior to purchase, either the opinion of a qualified Occupational Therapist is sought, or you locate a similar product and try it out before making your decision!

RETURNS - We are generally unable to accept the return of products unless they have been delivered wrongly, i.e. not the model ordered for example, or have a major fault. We are very happy to discuss with you the best model for your needs if you are unsure - please ring for advice from our experienced staff. We comply with the EU Distance Selling Directive, and your rights are protected under this protocol.

In exceptional circumstances goods can be returned, by collection by our authorised agent/engineer who will inspect the product which must be with original packaging, unused and undamaged. The cost of such collection will depend on the distance our engineer has to travel and will be advised prior to collection. Subject to the product being received in the above condition, a refund of 90% of the purchase price, less the cost of collection, will be made as a handling charge. Such refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the goods .

SPECIFICATIONS: The information contained on this site is correct at the time of publication - due to the manufacturers commitment to constant improvement and development they reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.

RANGE: The theoretical range is calculated under test conditions in accordance with European standards. Actual range in normal use will depend on many factors, including the condition of the vehicle and its batteries, the weight of the driver, correct tyre pressures, ambient temperature, and the gradient and surface of the road or pavement.

All goods dispatched to areas other than UK mainland are sold with a one year parts only warranty, except where such products are covered by manufacturer's further extended warranties. 
 Replacement parts will be dispatched by Post, TNT or similar carrier standard service in the case of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.  Products dispatched overseas will be sent as agreed with the customer, usually TNT Economy service.  Replacement parts for overseas customers will be sent either to a UK address for forwarding by the customer's appointed agent, or by carrier as agreed with the customer at his expense.
